These terms are an agreement between you and seyiHQ Limited, referred to here as we, us and our, for the use of Formavo. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Formavo.

Who can use Formavo

You must be 18 or over to use Formavo. By using it you confirm that you are.

What Formavo is

Formavo is a fitness app that gives general training, exercise and nutrition guidance, built for beginners who work shifts. It is for general information and motivation only. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for a doctor, a physiotherapist or a qualified personal trainer. Please also read our Health and Fitness Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date, since your plan is based on it. Let us know if you think someone else has used your account.

Using Formavo properly

You agree to use Formavo only for your own personal use and within the law. You agree not to misuse the app, try to break or interfere with it, copy or resell it, or use it in any way that could harm us or other people.

Our content

Formavo, including its design, text, plans and logo, belongs to seyiHQ Limited and is protected by law. You may use it for your own training, but you may not copy or reuse it for anything else without our permission. Anything you add, such as your logs and your photos, stays yours, and you give us permission to store and use it only to provide the app to you.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Formavo useful and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that following it will give any particular result. Your results depend on many things that are outside our control.

Our responsibility to you

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or injury that comes from using the app, from following the guidance in it, or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law. Because training carries risk, please read the Health and Fitness Disclaimer carefully.

Ending your use

You can stop using Formavo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make an important change we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Formavo after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute.
